3. Contractor and Client Responsibilities
All agreements, payments, and project terms between Clients and Contractors are independent of RenoBlue. We are not liable for:

Unpaid invoices, disputes, or damages

Breach of contract, negligence, or misconduct

Delays, cancellations, or unsatisfactory work

Any harm, injury, or loss resulting from services rendered
Contractors and Clients are solely responsible for:

Verifying each other’s credentials and references

Negotiating project scope, pricing, and timelines

Complying with applicable laws, permits, and safety standards
4. Lead Purchases and Refunds
Contractors may purchase access to project leads via RenoBlue.

All lead purchases are final and non-refundable

RenoBlue will not reimburse any amount in excess of the original purchase price of a lead

We do not guarantee conversion, engagement, or revenue from any lead
5. Platform Use and Conduct
Users agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information

Refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or misleading behavior

Not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications

Not use RenoBlue to solicit illegal or unethical services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on RenoBlue’s platform — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of RenoBlue or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RenoBlue’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific lead or service in question

Use of RenoBlue is subject to ourPrivacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
